Jacqueline Heider

jacqueline H

As a minister’s daughter, Jacqueline has been involved with church life since before she was born!  At the age of 24, however, God became real, evident and active in her life as her personal relationship with Jesus became first priority.

After receiving a master’s degree in Piano Pedagogy, Jacqueline taught piano for 15 years before the Lord called her into full-time ministry.  For several years, she served as a discussion leader for Bible Study Fellowship International, where she received vast training through weekly leadership meetings, leader’s retreats and yearly seminars.  She now serves on the staff of Warren Baptist Church in Augusta, Georgia as Director of Women’s Ministry and Discipleship.

As the ministry director of All For His Glory, Jacqueline has many roles.  She is a gifted speaker and writer as well as a women’s ministry consultant and event planning coordinator.  She has led many retreats and conference in the U.S. and abroad, spoken to mom’s and women’s ministry groups and facilitated numerous bible studies.  Jacqueline captures her audiences—big or small—with her warm, graceful personality and her evident passion and love for the Lord and His Word.  She finds endless joy and blessing in leading women into a deeper, more passionate relationship with Jesus Christ and in encouraging them to know God and seek His purpose for their lives.  Jacqueline enjoys writing devotionals and articles and has authored two Bible studies.  I Could Sure Use Some S.L.O.W. Time  (or is it God Time?) and Dancing in the Rain…Experiencing Joy in the Storms of Life.   She was, also, featured on a devotional CD developed by All For His Glory Ministries in May 2010.  In October of 2010 Jacqueline had the joy of traveling to Sicily where she led a retreat for the Protestant Women of the Chapel on SIgonella.

One of Jacqueline’s favorite scriptures is Psalm 37:4:  Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.  God has blessed Jacqueline with her heart’s desires by giving her a loving and godly husband, Alex, and three children—Austen, age 10, J.D., age 7 and Leanna, age 5.  Over the past several years, Jacqueline has come to know and believe God in a deeper way as she has had to trust Him and His sovereign hand in the unseen, especially with regard to her daughter.

Among Jacqueline’s favorite things to do are studying God’s Word, reading, shopping, eating (Mexican, Italian, Japanese…really anything!) and cuddling up on the couch watching movies with her husband and kids!
